In accordance with our strategic plan SAWO was able to implement awareness and community mobilization activities which took place in different parts of its operational areas like Mogadishu and several other districts of lower Shabele region.

SAWO did select and organized particular methods of community awareness and mobilization techniques in application of situational difference of target communities that has been mobilized by using the following specific aspects.

1. Mobilization through local media network
2. Nomination of field mobilization volunteers
3. Publication of animal rights slogans on posters, news papers on social awareness.
4. Task force deployment to disseminate the promotion of protecting animal rights at public gathering places like play grounds, local conferences, etc

  As a result of these effectively mobilization performance SAWO is very proud to have achieved 52% of community awareness for its target area of project implementation towards the knowledge of protecting animal rights.
