There is an accountable high life risk to conduct investigation work to detect the abusive behaviour towards the violation of animal rights in a country like Somalia, where law and order did not exist for almost one and half decade.
In this regards our team members did not only volunteer to devote their time and financial resource, but also committed to risk their lives for the sake of protecting animal rights. Therefore SAWO have carried out life endangering missions to investigate, asses and insure the types of abuses used in violation of animal rights and finally succeeded to identify the following violations were taking place in different parts of southern Somalia like Mogadishu, lower shabele, Middle shabelle, Hiran, Bay, Bakool, middle jubba; and lower jubba regions.Table 1: investigation data collected of SAWO

As matter of fact, the implementation of such dangerous assessments to discover abusive characters on animal rights was another important step of progress since our office has been effectively operational. On the other hand frequently monitoring to this sector of the project has remained sustainable.
